Blended Learning

Blended learning marries the best of two worlds; simulation with instructor-led training. A common complaint associated with training is that when participants try to implement new learning back on the job, they immediately encounter barriers that were not anticipated. Thus, much very good training gets left on the training room floor.

But what if you were able to learn cutting-edge concepts from an instructor and then practice using those concepts in real world environments before leaving the program? What if you were able to learn to overcome the inevitable resistance while yet in the training environment? Simulation blended into the training experience allows just that. Participants are not only able to learn new principles, concepts and skills, but learn how to effectively implement them in their work environment, avoiding or learning to overcome resistance to implementation.
